HH660 #50 was purchased in December 1939 and was the first Diesel locomotive on TC's roster. This was also the first Diesel locomotive first placed into service at Nashville by any railroad. This finely detailed HO scale reproduction produced by Atlas is available in the DCC ready Master Silver series, and the DCC with sound on board Master Gold series. Limited quantities of both versions are available.
The Alco C420 was the most powerful Diesel locomotive on TC's roster. Two 16-cylinder, 2,000 horsepower locomotives were delivered to the Tennessee Central Railway in early 1966. Atlas will be reproducing #400 and #401 in both HO and N Scale in its Master Series. Both HO road numbers will be available in the Silver DCC ready version and Gold DCC w/sound on board. The N Scale versions will be produced in a DCC ready version and with DCC already installed.
